I have over twenty-five years of experience in management, analysis, planning, design and construction of municipal public works, including water and wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, transmission, collection and conveyance systems. My experience includes extensive facility analysis, hydraulic analysis, design of site plans, pumping and treatment processes, preparation of construction plans and contract documents, and field resident construction representation.
