• Collected, entered, and ensured reliability of student- and school-level data into large-scale, longitudinal databases.• Trained and supported 30 schools in Middle Tennessee under a state-funded technical assistance grant in the creation and implementation of comprehensive, integrated, three-tiered (CI3T) models of prevention in academic, behavioral, and social skills.• Advised schools on the use of academic and behavioral data to determine appropriate interventions and supports for students.• Composed practice guides on various best practices for students with disabilities to all 887 schools across Tennessee.

• Researched qualitative and quantitative school turnaround trends, both historical and current, and created a summary presentation for use by the portfolio analysis team in analysis of current achievement results of ASD schools.• Built, managed, and conducted data analysis on student- and school-level achievement databases from multiple data sources.• Produced communication materials for internal and external communications, including a direct mailing to over 15,000 homes.

• Produced over a year and a half of growth for the average student (average growth of 11 percentile points on the NC state math test) and led Algebra I students to 100% pass rate on the high school end-of-course exam.• Created and taught a math curriculum for multiple levels of 7th and 8th grade math, as well as Algebra I for high school credit.• Created formative and summative assessments and data tracking tools in order to use data to drive instruction.• Led the grade-level math content team (of 4 teachers) by organizing planning sessions, collecting and analyzing data to inform instruction, and creating reports of progress for administration.• Coached boys and girls track and led both teams of 20-30 students to undefeated seasons.• Advised approximately 20 students in the creation of the annual yearbook.
