I always keep a positive outlook on the things I do, I am a smartly dressed, self-motivated young man who enjoys a challenge and is comfortable either responsible for leading a group to success or simply being part of the team to complete a variety of daily tasks and targets.Currently I am working for dwell (part of the DFS group) who are a high-end modern furniture retailer.I started with dwell in 2016 beginning in the sales team but progressing my way up over 18 months into the management position I currently hold. I am currently working alongside all store managers that require my assistance helping to ensure retail budgets are met and standards in store are kept.I have also been part of multiple new store openings for dwell. I was required to help manage the project from a visual side, help with the assembly of the new store prior to it opening and then with the deployment of sales consultants that are ready to interact and have sufficient knowledge and training for the job.
