Technical Support Responsable (Perimeter: World Logistics)- Functional management of the technical team- Responsible of the IT Duty- Support level 3 (AS400 servers, hardware equipments...)

In charge of managing the IT of several Decathlon sites (stores, warehouses and services centers):- Managing IT equipments (Windows Server 2003, switches, wifi controlers, thinclients, laptops, desktops, cash tills, warehouse terminals…)- Deploying new IT projects/evolutions (as servers swap, cash tills swap, various updates, RFID deployment, Wireless LAN Controller deployment …)- Help, advices, IT diagnostic, training of the teams about IT basics - Support level 2 and level 3: resolution of incidents, contacting customers, management of the maintenances In 2011, I was responsible of a new store opening. In 2012 and 2013, I was also responsible of two warehouse relocations and one new warehouse opening. I created and managed the IT planning about these projects, ordered the IT equipments, deployed hardware equipments and software. I also used functional animation to manage different persons during thes projects.

My main project consisted in changing the security policy of the Network devices. I defined needs, specifications, objectives and the planning. I was autonomous on this project but I worked with the IT employees to know their needs. I also worked on other projects as audit of Network hardware across sites, reconfiguration of network hardware, tidy up the server room, review and administer Windows 2008 Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange 2007.

I defined needs, specifications and objectives of the Network supervision project. Applied the supervision system to monitor all IT infrastructures of the company by using Nagios software tool. The supervision project allows to monitor 300 devices (Servers, Routers and Switches) and to notify the administrator in case of dysfunction of the computer systems. I was autonomous to apply the supervision system but also worked with the persons in charge of the IT service to meet their needs within the project.

The company wanted to update its infrastructure to have better scalability and enhanced security. My main project consisted in creating the new infrastructure prototype. My prototype used several Linux servers simultaneously, several PHP pages which I developed and databases of the company. The new infrastructure speeds up the website and enhances customer's experience. I also participated in other developments on the front site and on the back site of Arete Consulting.

I worked as team member (6 persons) to develop a website in Java/J2EE. Also worked with Oracle databases and Talend (ETL: Extraction, Transformation and Loading processes comprise multiple steps, aimed at transferring data from production applications to the Business Intelligence systems).

I created an application developed in C# with SQL Server. This application gives information about the sales of the companys website.
