Provided professional (coactive) coaching to multiple members of Riot's production department. Created a roadmap for where the production department and training could go in the future. Functioned as the primary evaluator of content and software delivery-related skillsets for Development Manager.

Currently working with Riot's Platform team to enable a multi-game future. Previously spent time working with an R&D team, and before that led delivery of a set of engineering efforts to improve the tools, build, deploy, and release systems for League of Legends. Maintained 100% accountability of all equipment during the movement. Received an Army Achievement Award for the work done. - Recognized by the Battalion Executive Officer as the top Lieutenant in the Battalion Staff, and recognized by the Brigade Primary Logistician as the top Lieutenant in Logistics within the Brigade.
