I teaching undergraduate philosophy classes. Modules I have taught on so far include: Phenomenology and Existentialism (Autumn 2017), Philosophy of History (Autumn 2018), Philosophy of History and Politics (Autumn 2019) and Philosophical Problems (Autumn 2019).I will be teaching on Existential Philosophies in Spring 2020.

My role is both to ensure that the programme of events produced by PhilSoc represents a broad range of areas within academic philosophy and to ensure that these events are adequately promoted.

I am licensed to chaperone children (under 16 years of age) during stage productions.

Contributed to the organising of the society's academic and social events.My role was to contact prospective speakers for the Academic Talks and to prepare materials for the Film Viewings and Discussion groups, whilst working alongside other members of the committee. My role was largely social media based, though I also employed printed posters to promote events. As Equality and Diversity Champion, it was my role to encourage a diverse participation in the society, on the grounds of gender, race, sexuality and religion.Personally, I delivered several sessions. I gave a talk on Heraclitus, discussed the role of social media in identity formation and further gave a presentation on Heroism and what it means to call someone a hero.

Student Guides aid in the running of Open Days and Visit Days. For the Open Days, my position has been at the School of Philosophy's information point. This involved talking directly with prospective students and parents, dispensing information about UEA and the student experience within both the schools of philosophy and the LDC (School of Literature, Drama and Creative Writing). As part of the Visit Days, I have given campus tours and spent further time discussing UEA and the student experience with prospective students.

For this role, I served as the point of liaison between the university career's service and the students of the department of philosophy. Mostly, my role involved promoting events on social media, and encouraging my peers to check out the services on offer from the Careers service. This involved having a working knowledge of the careers service and being able to communicate clearly and professionally with both staff and students, as well as being able to understand the needs of different students. I helped organise a Philosophy Alumni panel discussion and a focus group as part of this role.

This position involves working closely with the ISAT (International Student Advisory Team) in order to support international students at the university.

Providing both academic and pastoral support to first year students in the School of Philosophy, helping them to learn better and adapt to the university environment.

Read and wrote reviews of many books. Met and interviewed authors. Attended two book launches in London.

Served customers hot beverages and snacks. Maintained a clean and orderly kitchen.

I had an unpaid position as a backstage helper, essentially helping the production run smoothly by assisting with microphones and props. In the latter two years, I have been more involved with moving the set on the stage between scenes.
