Oversee and manage multi-unit recovery residence apartments including development of programmatic policies and procedures, preparation for and adherence to state certification guidelines, as well as caseload management/recovery planning for residents. Maintain transitional housing and program development for separate men's and women's long-term residential programs while adhering to their recovery model and curriculum. Create an environment of structure and support for participants as they reenter the workforce and society.

Oversee case management for clients in transitional portion of recovery program. Collect and track rent collection and escrow accounts for clients' savings as well as property management for transitional housing of clients and alumni. Collect, measure and evaluate data from current and former clients to provide outcome data to development officer as well as to increase the effectiveness of the program. Facilitate regular transition community meetings and classes with a focus on maintaining recovery process and relapse prevention.
