In 1994 I graduated from Owen's Community College with an Associates Degree in Radiography. Started working with a mobile MRI company called Maxum Healthcare (later named InSight Healthcare) for 4 years. Left the mobile MRI business to open a new MRI Department at Community Hospital's of Williams County in Bryan, OH. Later moved to Bellevue Ohio in 2000 to join a high volume CT/MRI Department at Fisher-Titus Medical Center in Norwalk Ohio unitl 2007. I found myself enrolled with the University of Phoenix, Online Campus taking IT courses to achieve my Bachelors Degree to supplement my need to know more about PACS (Picture Archive Communication Systems) and to someday gain the knowledge and experience to become a PACS Administrator. Needless to say, I found an outlet to my increasing passion with PACS, as I joined Philips Healthcare as a PACS Applications Consultant, and began travelling the Eastern part of the US teaching iSite PACS to customers both big and small. I have completed my BSIT degree and continue to enhance my skills in the world of Digital Medical Imaging (PACS). In July 2010 I joined Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) as an Imaging Systems Administrator managing all the duties of the GE Centricity PACS System at JFK Medical Center in Atlantis Florida.In February 2017, I moved within HCA into the Info Sec Space as the Zone Facility Information Official (FISO) for HCA East Florida Division - Covering the Broward Market.Specialties: ARRT Radiology and MRI, Certified Imaging Informatics Professional, sponsored by Abii.
