Position SummaryOversee all aspects of Service Delivery (including sales, customer service, and functional fulfillment as applicable) for the assigned account or facility.Essential Functions Responsible for ensuring KPI’s defined by client and Advantage leadership are met on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Manage an account team composed of On-Site Managers, Supervisors and Recruiters and overseeing assignments of quality staff to support account or facility. Build high level relationships with all key client stakeholders. Oversee and manage career Development and Performance Management of entire section of organization  Ensure high level of Customer Service and quality Functional Delivery from your team. Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations including the hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring, and terminating of associate staff. Oversees and coordinates with corporate the payroll and invoicing for the account.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

 Manage a shift of 5 departments across a 1.1 million square foot fulfillment center from inbound to outbound operations. As a 3PL working directly and assisting within Walmart EDC/RDC e-commerce fulfillment sites. Manage a team of up to 60-100 associates and 2-4 supervisors, drive safety, quality, coach, train, and motivate team. Decreased turnover by 47% effectively decreased training period by 50%, increased productivity by 39%. Developed and implemented new training processes procedures and documents for new associates and management. Monitor and measure KPI to improve productivity, run various WMS reports to hold each individual accountable.  Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns, implement the business plan for area of responsibility. Utilize Microsoft Office programs to assist, mentor and develop associates and leaders in area of responsibility.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

 Supervised a team of 3-10 on various functions, maintain quality and ensure KPI’s are met throughout production. Train new team members, manage paperwork, verify and scan finished product prior to shipping. Efficiently ran all machines, trained new hires, performed station changeovers, CIP, and worked with quality control. Maintained a minimum of 21 pallet moves an hour while using a VMU, and a RF scanner on a forklift. Loader: Pick products, load accordingly to assure quality during shipment, and offload inbound trailers. Line driver: Put away finished goods, transferred product to open locations, and verified quality throughout shift.

Carrollton

 Printed checks, cards, invoices, and other documents for inserting machines, while performing routine quality checks. Followed procedures for printing and inserting to produce accurate work in a timely manner. Ran Pitney Bowes, Bell & Howell and Kern inserters in a fast paced work place to attain goals, and meet deadlines. Operated forklift to offload, move new materials from the warehouse to production floor, and load finished product.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

▪ Quality: Inspected all outbound packages for proper ORM-D labelling and packaging prior to shipping, and trained all new team members.▪ Shipping: Order filled customer orders, invoiced and packed individual orders for home delivery; operated forklift to load, invoice and prep pallets for bulk shipments.▪ Receiving: Inspected for damages, offloaded freight, and verified for accuracy per PO prior to entering into system for sales.
