CurrentPosition SummaryOversee all aspects of Service Delivery (including sales, customer service, and functional fulfillment as applicable) for the assigned account or facility.Essential Functions Responsible for ensuring KPI’s defined by client and Advantage leadership are met on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Manage an account team composed of On-Site Managers, Supervisors and Recruiters and overseeing assignments of quality staff to support account or facility. Build high level relationships with all key client stakeholders. Oversee and manage career Development and Performance Management of entire section of organization Ensure high level of Customer Service and quality Functional Delivery from your team. Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations including the hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring, and terminating of associate staff. Oversees and coordinates with corporate the payroll and invoicing for the account.
