Began in a team of 4 that blossomed into a group of over 40. Made calls and talked with people that had shown interest in working their local polling stations for the 2020 election.Personally responsible for over 20,000 calls made in three months leading up to the election.Work was done after the election that was centered around following up on satisfaction, as well as some local state election and information gathering.

Answered phone calls for many different companies that were under the TAS contract. This included everything from customer service for shopping sites, after hour services for property companies, to plumbing and farm equipment workers. This job was very high intensity at times in terms of customers' temper levels.
