Part 2. End-of-studies internship project: academic approach of analysing the use of Design methods within factories (previous experience at Airbus) and study of "Industry 4.0" various initiatives among the worldMain project: academic study of the Factory of the future projects. I have:— gathered many knowledge regarding various "Industry 4.0" initiatives (Germany, Corea, China, US, UK, France, Italia, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands etc.)— constructed a litterature review on these topics, trying to describe a state of the art of the Industry of the future— tried to develop a common formal model of it— described a new concept: The Self-Designing Factory ("L'Usine Conceptrice", in French), thanks to a partnership with Airbus factoriesSide second project: innovation within luxury and fashion industries. With various colleagues from the Center of Management Science, I have:— co-organized and co-led several creative and innovative workshops with around 30 industrial managers and researchers— participated in a study, which will be published end of 2018, on innovation within luxury and fashion industries— realized CK references on 3 main topics:- Fashion, Luxury and Sustainability, - Fashion, Luxury and Customer Experience - Fashion, Luxury and Business Models

Internship for end-of-studies engineering degree project at Airbus, A380 CDT, Airbus Operations:Innovation Management and Design Methods within the A380 CDT as an enabler of Empowered TeamsAfter a first fully immersive month as an operator on the shop floors to understand what is a worker life, I started working on innovation topics within the A380 production site, under the supervision of Bernard Marmann. We created a dedicated team composed of 5 operators, called the Technology Working Group. I have:— led the team, organising regular meeting, visits at Airbus and outside Airbus to show the the innovation capacities existing in the aerospace industry— organized and led a one-day innovation event within Airbus called "Learning Expedition on Manufacturing 4.0"— coordinated the 3D-printing of several jigs and tools, helped by an internal FabLab, following the creative ideas of the operators— started to realise a benchmark of existing technical operational aerospace solutions— impulsed a motivating innovation mindset, mainly through various presentations of the CK theory, a Designing and Reasoning theory

I have:— Used the CK theory to construct new concepts to create and manage a Community of Practice;— Co-designed a web platform supporting the Community around the KCP method;— Co-led and organised a Design oriented event at SNCF, featuring Armand Hatchuel.

Research work within the Elizabeth New team (School of Chemistry, University of Sydney):Synthesis and Characterisation of Ratiometric Fluorescent Probe, under the supervision of Dr. Elizabeth New, Senior Lecturer at Sydney University. I have:— Synthesised a new ratiometric fluorescent iron-selective probe;— Separated the two isomers of the product;— Conducted fluorescence studies, in vitro and in vivo, of the isomerically pure probe.

Research work within the Nano-Objects Physics and Chemistry Laboratory (LPCNO):Assembly of metal and semi-conductor nano-particles, under the supervision of Céline Nayral, lecturer at Paul Sabatier University. I have:— Synthesised cadmium phosphide nano-particles Cd3P2;— Combined Cd3P2 nano-particles (semiconductors) with metal (platinum) nano-particles to create a luminescent system with optical and electronical new properties.
