Play the Hawaiian Steel Guitar at the Polynesian Cultural Center's Ali'i Luau. Perform with numerous and different musicians daily. Practice and increase my skills every work day. Adjusted to many daily changes in the program including many immediately. Use good judgement to lead musicians in many parts of the program and recognize cues. Through previous supervisor position, managed schedules, including changes to work schedule. Provide live Steel Guitar music services at the Hukilau Marketplace at the Polynesian Cultural Center. Consistently adding more songs to my list to play. Always improving steel guitar skills and increasing options to play songs.While playing Steel Guitar, welcome guests that come into the Polynesian Cultural Center. Ask questions and talk to guests as they come into the center. Talk to and answer questions to guests about the steel guitar and the Polynesian Cultural Center while playing the Steel Guitar.While playing the Steel Guitar, innocuously announce to the guests about the many vendors at the Hukilau Marketplace. Ask guests to spend more time to shop at the many shops at the Hukilau Marketplace.
