I'm currently in the process of acquiring a Google IT Support Professional Certificate.I have 8+ years in customer cervice experience, with 5 years of years of troubleshooting experience as well. I've been working in the area of field service for businesses such as Charter Communications, Vivint Smart Home and Servpro. Learning new skills every step of the way like time management, empathetic customer service and troubleshooting techniques.A little about me, I'm Non-Binary and have a passion for problem solving. I have been an avid gamer since I was young playing games on my PlayStation 1 and have been getting into modding games which has helped me develop my skills for IT even further.
