I have more than 15 years of experience with all aspects of workforce development programs, with a regional employment board as well as the Asian American Civic Association and refugee resettlement programs, developing, implementing, analyzing, and improving programs that provide employment, retention, advancement, and career planning programs for unemployed workers as well as youth, veterans, and refugees.I have worked closely with state and federal funding agencies and elected officials as well as corporate, commercial, and educational partners, to develop, assess, renew, and expand programs that advance employment, career planning, and retention goals.
