- Assisted my department in the linkage and mapping of multiple SQL server databases for confidential client data using Microsoft SQL Management Studio- Performed migration of reports from Elixir Database to new Microsoft SQL server by updating existing multiple report formats and SQL queries, as well as creating new reports based on client requirements for the department’s current project- Developed a Python program to automatically generate medical status report for emergency incident calls from SQL database by cross-filtering medical incident type, and included functionality for verifying the expected sequence flow of questions for the emergency responder

- Utilized Microsoft Power BI to develop health status dashboard for Business Assurance & Re-engineering Department to assess trends in sick leave and shift schedules to improve overall roster allocation for both port personnel on the ground and office staff- Developed a Robot Process Automation (RPA) process using UIPath to generate unique URLs from QR codes to be used for the collection of ART kits from vending machines by office staff- Assisted my department in conducting series of Microsoft Power BI workshops for managers and senior executives in PSA from other divisions, in which my main responsibility was to teach workshop participants how to build a sample dashboard for assessing KPI trends from scratch
