Responsibilities include but not limited to:Manage,oversee and lead the manufacturing and logistics processes and procedures. Enforce that food production is of the highest stardands ensuring products are prepared properly to to specs.Conforming to food legislative health and safety requirements.People management and budgetary/cost reporting. Responsible for the manufacturing and/or assembly of components or food being made into finished goods from specific production lines.Ensuring of client satisfactory service delivery and DC time on deliveries.
