• Identify a Government loan and ensure the file is complete with LDP/GSA, CAIVRS and Case Number assignment
• Ensure file placeholders contain accurate information
• Communicate to Processors and/or Loan Officers on missing or incomplete information

• Transfer data from the loan application into the loan origination software system
• Ensure all charges, automated checks, and compliance tests were issued and order them if necessary
• Prepare initial disclosure package to the applicant
• Submit organized and completed files to the loan processor in a timely manner
