I launched an improvement to the dynamic pricing system to better utilize information about the time available until an order would be late. By increasing price variation along this dimension, I generated a large cost reduction at neutral impact to order lateness. The $30M/yr cost savings of this launch was the second largest single launch in the 80 person Marketplace org in H2'2021.
