Over 11 years experience in the concrete cutting & diamond drilling industry, I'm lucky enough to have gained valuable experience, not just in the UK but also spent 3 years in Australia and a few months in Ireland.Climbed the ranks with a company in Darwin, Australia where I really learnt the basics of my trade and brought them valuable work and life skills back to the UK where I had the opportunity to take over a family business from my Dad.We started out in 2018 with three of us, my dad, my brother and me. We can now boast of having the pleasure of organising and leading13 fantastic workers.We look to the future and want to create a safe and happy environment for the family and the work force. We sell ourselves as a family company still, so with that we accept the workers into our family from the beginning.We believe in democracy in the work place and working as a team is the right path.None of us ever dreamt of enjoying work but we've found a system and a group of workers that really work for us all.
