My aspiration is to become a top manager, being a great example for the people I lead. Teaching people, while understanding them allows me to sympathize with my co-workers. As a team lead at Wal-Mart, dealing with both employees and customers is crucial to be successful. After I gradate, reaching a wider group of people to manage and helping them throughout both our journeys is my goal. Wanting to be transparent with my team, since that seems rare to occur nowadays. I have graduated from Columbus Technical College, earning an associate degree in business management. along with many other certificates. These certificates were gained via certification tests, these being: Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, Human Resources Relations, and Small Business Management certificates. My hobbies are Graphic Design, reading, and hopefully soon to learn Italian. What I can do is work with any team due to my determination to learn, along with my readiness to tackle new challenges. Any tasks from manual labor such as moving merchandise or going through data and sitting down all day. My willingness to grow and to give 120% to any company I work for allows me to be the best worker I can be.
