During this time, I have seen Ben exhibit stellar leadership ability in many areas including club development, membership recruitment, and educational success. Under his leadership, Toastmasters Club #911158 has achieved President Select Distinguished status - the highest achievement a club in Toastmasters can achive - meaning that all of the educational, membership and leadership requirements were achieved. On another note, as an outgoing Area Governor for area 23, it was my responsibility to make recommendations to the District Executive Council for my successor.
