I am currently the System Administrator for all IT systems within the Pharmacy department, including the JAC Pharmacy Stock Control System, as well as providing financial and medicines usage data on a regular basis. As part of my role I provide technical support and training for the systems within the department, I also support the dispensary and procurement teams as required. On a regular basis I use Crystal reports, Microsoft Access and Excel to extract data from the various systems within the department and present the information in an appropriate format. As part of this role I have designed, implemented and developed new IT systems both for the department and the trust.

In this role I worked as a rotational Pharmacy Technician while working towards my NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services. I rotated between the Dispensary, Procurement, Aseptic Production and QA areas of the Pharmacy.

I joined the company as an activity instructor and within three weeks was promoted to Assistant Chief Instructor and subsequently promoted again to Chief Instructor Educational Products. I managed the Educational Products department, which included IT and Field Studies (Biology/Geography), providing course material and training to my team of instructors. As part of this role I had to liaise with School Teachers as well as other managers on Centre.
