To deliver working efficiencies into the Product Information department I took on the responsibility for managing the Change Management Team (consisting of seven people) as well as continuing with the Business Planning role. Managing the Change Management Team has meant that I have had to review, improve and update their processes, re-establish them as a team ensuring better relationships both internally and externally, and further develop my business behaviours.

Due to increasing requirements on my Business Planning role and restructuring of the Programme Planners within Product Information I had to hand over my programme responsibilities. This then allowed me to undertake BSAP and SiPPE projects, while at the same time developing further useful tools for running Product Information business.

In September of 2007 due to my success with the Business Planning role and needs within the department I was asked to under take a Programme Planners role, on top of my other responsibilities (As detailed below). The Programme Planner role covers all future models of Discovery 3. This involves gaining an understanding of the impact of these models on the Product Information Department, representing Product Information in Programme meetings (e.g. PST, TPAT, etc.), planning department actions through the various programme milestones, and facilitating/managing activities to control the vehicles Bill of Material (BoM).
