ASG Global Services is a cloud virtualization project firm. My primary resposibilities are to manage client relationships and expectations as well as develop virtualiztion and cloud migration stratagies utilizing Citrix and Azure infrastructure.

1Path is a Managed Service Provider working with a wide range of companies both local to their headquarters in Atlanta and nationwide. Within the first year of working with 1Path I moved up from SA2 to SA3. SA3 deals with higher end troubleshooting and break fix issues that the lower tiers could not figure out. As a senior member of the team, I helped to develop team members in their training and understanding of systems. I also advised the management team on several technical items so they could adjust policy.

Computer St Louis is a managed service provider offering IT solutions for small businesses. While at Computer St Louis, I have acquired an exceptional range of experience. The main focus of the Technical Services Role is new hardware configuration and deployment. I have been solely responsible for several large PC deployment projects. We take PC’s from the box, configure the OS, apply our monitoring software, install any Line of Business software required, and deploy the PC onsite to the end user. I have troubleshot many and varied printer and scanner configurations. I have extensive experience with user roles and security groups in Active Directory. I have troubleshot a wide variety of software issues including some legacy software. In this role, I have also configured managed switches and wireless access points. I have set up V-LANs as well as VPN tunnels. I have server side experience as well. For Example, I have been involved in several email migrations and server forklifting operations. I have used shadow protect to create VM images of physical machines, virtualize them, and add them to a data center. I have gained cloud experience working within azure AD. I am familiar with IaaS and PaaS infrastructure.
