A joint role in managing a team of 6 people with a project portfolio of 70 - 80 projects. Along with this I manage my own portfolio of 30 - 40 projects that are considerably past their Project Completion date that needs to be signed off. Team Leader Tasks:Leading a team of 6 Project Leads & Project Assistants to hit invoice targets, improve processes and manage clients effectively.Undertaking appraisals and monthly 1-2-1's to raise individual and team performances.Reviewing KPI's and setting team & individual targets, including invoicing.Interviewing, hiring and training new employees on company standards, policies and software’s.Continued client management, as well as internal project and individual management. Close Out Specialist Tasks;Liaising with clients and managing difficult discussions around outstanding payments. Managing budgets and invoicing. Building plans and reports that allow a beneficial exit from a project that doesn't damage the business relationship.Presenting to key stakeholders results.Still managing projects across the whole programme within the business.

Dealing with multiple project portfolios, this job consists of dealing with Health and Safety documentation along with manuals to allow high value construction buildings to be signed and allowed to be inhabited. Also working in a consulting mould to help have the right documentation in the right place at the right time. Client interaction and relations are also key to providing the best service.

As a Quizmaster, the main task is to be the ring master with the rules, the questions and the entertainment. Tasked with controlling large crowds that are drinking and eating, these sometimes become quite raucous but has allowed me to build my presentation skills, my client relation skills and my communication skills. Along with having to organise a large group of people, creating my own invoices and managing my calendar are essential to this role.

Elstree & Borehamwood

With an operational background, this role saw me go in to the field and identify team members that were potentially stealing from the business, whether it be stock or money. Along with visiting restaurants, analyzing the results allowed me to produce strategies and routines to bring down the potential loss to the business. This also saw me present to key stakeholders and provide best practice to Operational managers on how to best protect their businesses.

Elstree And Borehamwood

This role was concerned with everything to do with guest (customers) within the Pizza Hut Restaurant business. Managing third party companies to gain feedback and also deal with complaints, this role would pull in all the data we receiving from our guests and analyzing and presenting the findings in the correct manner for the relevant stakeholders. Along with this, the data was used to make key business decisions and changes to the business whilst putting the guest at the forefront of every change made. A coaching element for continually enhancing the guest experience was another key element of the role where I was the point of contact for all 350 restaurants within the Pizza Hut Restaurant estate and provided best practice and key insights to them.

I was fast tracked in to Deputy Manager training which allowed me to gain a thorough understanding of the operations within the Pizza Hut Dine in restaurants. This allowed me to grow my knowledge to allow me to move in to my most recent role.
