Responsibilities• End to end management of processes and systems associated with the Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) team.• Working with data integrity to discover issues or concerns, and mitigate accordingly. • Expertise in all aspects of SMA accounts. This includes monies in/out, new applications, account maintenance, account closures, adviser updates.• Subject matter expert for the newly implemented superannuation and pension products within the business platform. • External stakeholder management for high profile clients, including ANZ private. • Exposure to operational events, was a focus on remediation and prevention to improve customer experience. • Involvement in implementation and sales management, with a focus on onboarding new dealer groups to utilise our platform.• Training new staff how the platform and systems work.
