General Assistant
Temporary Contract- Acted as a first point of contact for Customers. This included being a greeter at the front of the store, asking customers if they required assistance, answering customer enquiries and generally delivering the best possible experience for customers. Product knowledge was essential, specifically knowledge of Music, Film and TV. During this 6 week temporary contract I received several service mentions from customers and managers.
