With over 10 years of sales experience and over 5 years of management experience, I am a seasoned leader in the fitness industry. I have a bachelor's degree in exercise and sports science, a master's degree in organizational leadership, and certifications in CPR and personal training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).As the general manager of Gold's Gym, I oversaw all facets of the fitness center, including leading, motivating, and supporting 30 direct reports, growing the efficiency of organizational processes and procedures, developing and managing budgets and expenses, identifying and recommending cost controls and process improvement, and executing health and safety protocols during a global pandemic.
