As Deputy Head of Operations, I am also responsible for the daily optimization of internal processes and structures at Trailblazer Summits GmbH. As Head of Events and Team Lead, I have been successfully organizing an up-and-coming, modern B2B event for three years. The aim is to bring together leading minds and innovators from the construction and real estate industry.
