As an English Language Arts Interventionist, I'm responsible for providing high-level literacylearning experiences to struggling readers and writers. I work one-on-one with students and assist them with current and previous workloads, as well as encourage communication during their writing process. With this position, I continue to assist school administration as needed in filling in for absent teachers and support staff coverage.

As the building substitute, or commit substitute, I report daily to the main office and am assigned a classroom for any teaching staff that is currently out. I have also fulfilled long and short term assignments for teachers unavailable for a few days to weeks away from their classes.During my time as the commit sub, I have taught senior, junior, sophomore, and freshman level English/Language Arts, Journalism, Marketing, and Spanish I. I also work in our learning center for tutoring and one-on-one conferencing with students that are making up credit courses and current classwork.

I work extensively with local customers by conducting research on current market trends based the needs of my clients and develop content strategy for a successful campaign.Clientele range from industrial, health and beauty, video game media, and food industry.

In the position of technical writer for Wimsatt Building Supplies, I report to the systems and business process manager and my duties consist of maintaining their Learning Management System (LMS), with creating new units, editing existing units, and resetting employee quizzes and knowledge checks.I also work with the marketing department and create copy for our marketing materials that serve both internal and external communications through our various social media channels, email, and blog.Addendum: This was unfortunately a short lived position.
