At Gforce Technologies I was a leading hand, which meant I reported directly to the site foreman above me. On a daily basis, I would organise and manage apprentices and tradesman with ongoing work as well as work with builders discussing problems and susequent solutions. I was instrumental in trainging and teaching apprentices how to read plans as well as how to wire for lighting, power, television and NBN.

At AMS Electrical and Communications my duties would include handing out work for tradesman and apprentices, supervising apprentices, Liaising with other trades and builders, Working directly with the project managers, problem solving,
