KDC designed and sold top quality American made kitchens, bathrooms and closets. I was involved in all elements of kitchen design and sales, including but not limited to: first point of contact with the customer, site visits, taking measurements, discussing the design while considering safety, regulations and customer vision, completing thorough CAD drawings and presenting them to the customer, scheduling the project management and liaising with the general contractor.

During my tenure at Hadlands we reached and, cemented ourselves as the top letting agent in the area. Judged by both Rightmove statistics and British Property Awards. Due to the nature of an independent agency, my responsibilities were varied and included much more which I am happy to go into upon request, however a brief overview is below: Landlord valuations, landlord feedback, client relationship management, client retention, client upselling as well as deal negotiation. I would oversee junior members doing referencing, viewings, tenant contact, office management and general administration.

On a daily basis, I personally took lead on all financial queries and many of the management issues for over 500 properties throughout the UK.
