I was then responsible for the deployment of large scale Self Check Out systems. I have deployed and upgraded multiple BP Service Stations with SS90 self checkout systems. I was Team leader on this project and manage resources to get the project completed. Additionally, I was Team Leader on the Kmart and Target SCO upgrade project. I managed 3 resources throughout these projects and delivered the project within scope.

I was responsible for upgrading ATM Cores and skimmers and software for the Bendigo Bank.I have upgraded 60 ATM over a 4 month period throughout Metro and Regional Victoria whilst Team Leading Target, Kmart and BP Self Checkout projects. I was also responsible for training other NCR technicians in ATM upgrades and was the documentation specialist on this and the BP SCO project.
