For nearly 10 years at Huawei's R&D headquarters in France, I led the R&D Cooperation department, fostering partnerships between the French research ecosystem (universities, public labs, Engineering schools, startups, large corp) and Huawei's global R&D teams.My role involved identifying and introducing European R&D partners to Huawei's labs and business units, leading contract negotiations (covering IP, budget, timelines, and deliverables), liaising with French institutional bodies, overseeing project execution, and ensuring the transfer of results at project completion. My activity within the R&D and innovation financing consultancy PNO Conusltants consisted of advising my large business and academic clients on European and national research/innovation funding policies and programs. Among my responsibilities, I had to implement internal strategies within my clients' organizations to better identify, capture and manage public funding, in line with their core business and their innovation roadmaps. benefit from this funding, I took charge of the preparation of proposals and their submission to public calls (FP7, Horizon Europe, Eureka, ANR, PSPC...) and supported the coordinator in project management tasks.

Within Lyon Ingénierie Projets, a research valorisation and technology transfer subsidiary of Claude Bernard Lyon 1 University (UCBL), my activity was to advise University's academic researchers on national and European grants (FP7, Eureka, LIFE, ANR, FUI, etc.), help set up consortiums and write research proposals and participate in the management of these multinational collaborative projects.

Sophia Antipolis Foundation, chaired by Senator Pierre Laffitte, creator of Sphia Antipolis technology park, was in charge of animating Sophia Antipolis business and research ecosystem and promoting collaborations between companies, start-ups and academics.Within the training and innovation division, my missions consisted of supporting the management of local and European funded projects in the fields of life long training and innovation (European MEDA programs), in particular to support the growth and international development of Local SMEs and Start-ups.I also participated in organizing visits of international high-ranked delegations to the Sophia Antipolis site and promoting this technology park model abroad.
