I work within a small team and report directly to the Director of Quality & Compliance. I assist with various aspects of risk, including Anti Money Laundering, Cyber Security and ensuring compliance with the ever-changing SRA regulations. I also assist with the Project Management side, and am involved with upgrading the company's external website and the internal software that is used firm-wide, Partner for Windows.

I worked as a Musician (Pianist) on board Cunard's Queen Elizabeth and various other ships within the fleet. My duties included accompanying singers and instrumentalists in the onboard Theatre, providing music for Afternoon Tea in the Queen's Room and on occasion, musically directing the orchestra. While not playing music, I often assisted with passenger excursions and was fortunate enough to visit many interesting and varied places across the Mediterranean, Baltic, Scandinavia and Caribbean.

I worked as a Musician on board both of Saga's cruise ships, the Pearl (II) and Sapphire.

I worked as a Summer Intern for Baker Tilly (now RSM) at the Southampton Office. I was able to spend time shadowing one of the Senior Partners and sat-in on some of his client appointments. This summer gave me great exposure to the industry and broadened my knowledge of the complexities of the corporate and personal tax systems.
