Mixed Use ProjectsLeading a vertical, mixed use retirement village project in a middle-ring suburb. 283 high-end Retirement Apartments across 4, 5-storey buildings along with new ground floor retailing, a bus interchange and integrated public spaces. My role has taken this project from initial business case, through concept design (full consultant team management), stakeholder and retailer negotiation, schematic design, planning permit application, authority approvals and early contractor negotiation.Medical Centre – Build to LeaseFirst build-to-lease medical centre asset for the Retirement Living business, adjacent to a Stockland retirement village. My role involved taking this from concept, negotiating an Agreement For Lease and Lease with the tenant, schematic design, planning permit, tendering and construction. Tenant now fully trading.Greenfield Retirement Villages174 single storey homes, across three separate projects and multiple stages. My role has been DM on two of these projects, with an ADM driving the third project. Typical responsibilities include maintaining the live feasibility, delivering on key financial metrics, increasing Trading Margin, corporate project reporting, leading each internal team (Project Management, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Operations) and remaining ‘customer focused’ during sales and buyer move-in.

Retirement, Aged Care, Health, Affordable Housing.Provided end-to-end management in a project-lead role, reporting to the Development Manager across 6 concurrent major development projects, with assistance provided on an additional 3 projects. Experience from acquisition to settlement.Projects ranged from a 4-storey $25m (Construction Cost) Residential Aged Care Facility through to 6-storey integrated Residential Aged Care Facility, Retirement Apartments, Medical and Community Facilities of $90m.
