I accomplish this by creating insightful reporting, performing complex analyses, forming key relationships, and being unafraid to step up.I have enjoyed a career spanning many industries and niches, including off-price retail, industrial technology and manufacturing, SaaS, real estate, and mortgage banking.I am currently the CFO for Summit Management Partners, a PE-backed acquirer and operator of community management companies. During my first 11 months, we completed 6 acquisitions, centralized the Corporate Accounting function, deployed Netsuite ERP, and drove organic revenue growth of more than 20% YOY. In 2 years, we've completed 8 acquisitons, growing EBITDA by more than 3.4x. I was brought in to help Summit scale rapidly via organic growth and M&A by putting in place the people, processes, and technology to enable the growth, and that is exactly what I have done.
