Administrative Duties:1. I act as an information hub for both Jilpetco, Inc. and Amazing Energy, Inc2. I field the incoming calls and handle basic requests and direct calls to the appropriate department.3. I handle all the physical filing, e-filing, copying, and faxing.4. I catalog all new office purchases furniture/technology for IRS reporting at end of year.14. I coordinated last year’s Shareholder Information and Appreciation Event. (Scouting location, ordering invitations, processing the mail out, catering, and worked the event.)Information Technology Duties:1. I research and recommend all new office technologies for approval.2. I purchase, install, and set up all desktop pc’s in Corporate Office and Jed’s Home Office.3. I do all routine maintenance and troubleshooting for office computers and applicable software.4. I implemented the current wireless network and shared drive for electronic storage and sharing of files.5. I researched and recommended the new telephone system and do maintenance and perform troubleshooting on it when needed.6. I maintain and update the current website.Regulatory Duties1. I am learning how to handle all regulatory filings with the RRC.2. I file the Tier II EPA Annual Reports

I was in charge of recruiting and training our Connect Group leaders and Host Homes. I took Amarillo Fellowship to a free market Home Group model and grew the number of Home Groups from a handful to over twenty groups during my time there.
