Oversee the day-to-day work activities of an onsite workforce of 50+ on the New Nextwave Traveller project with zero incidents. Coordinate with Field Team Leads to ensure ISOs, P&IDs, equipment, and materials are available for proper execution. Read and interpreted isometric drawings and P&IDs for successful installation of materials. Cut, prepped, and fit pipe with cranes and bull rigging prior to installation.

Successfully managed 12 craft hands for piping/mechanical installation on the Shintech Ethane Cracker LA project with no incidents. Planned all activities to enable availability of ISOs, P&IDs, equipment, and materials. Managed 10-12 craft hands for the ExxonMobil piping/mechanical installation project with no incidents. Handled disciplinary issues and promoted a high-performing work team.
