Current• Designing, developing, upgrading, and maintaining firmware using C (Microchip’s PIC18 microcontroller) for cell phone boosters, integrating the firmware with the target hardware –RF boards. The firmware communicates with LabView by USART, controls DAC by SPI, real time tests and analyzes RF signal and boards status, and then sends singal to control hardware. Development environment is Microchip’s MPLAB X IDE.• Testing, troubleshooting, and repairing SMT RF boards of cell phone boosters which work at Cellular and PCS frequency bands (800/1900MHz)• Soldering and unsoldering various components on SMT RF boards
