I am a gregarious and tenatious analytics expert in the budgeting, forecasting, and pricing/business development areas. Rather than ratios to anticipate fluctuations in revenues/cash flow/cost, I work closely with the engineers, program managers contracts, executive team and manufacturing to get an acurate picture of schedule, true cost (G&A and OH), cash flow, headcount, fringe, warranty liability, CAPEX and revenues in order to forecast the TRUE entire business position: income statement, balance sheet, cash flows and anticipated 5 year budget. I do warranty reserve analysis by actual product issues and I am thorough in my data collection regarding subcontractors and firms that we have teamed with on programs. i ran the WIN-T program awarded to General Dynamics and was able to interperate contract requirements and recognize contract errors, coordinate manufacturing scheduling, coordinate DCAA inspections, personally invoiced the CLINS into WIDE Area Work Flow, and get DCMA acceptance for cash flow. Was able to true up warranty reserves and use negative costs to hit profit numbers when the liabilities were superfluous. I am hands on with my programs and am certified in MSE and have master spreadsheets with V Lookups and pivot tables, etc. to automate the program. I have connections wit DCAA and the KO office. All this from a Financial Analyst position. I used all of this experience to help start Envistacom which I started with 2 other people and grew to a respectable firm. From the ground up, I created all financial models, implemented the accounting software and all journal coding, as well as the business processes for the OBS and WBS coding, developed the payroll processes for FSEs and Engineers sent overseas with complex pay structures. Selected a successful 401k. Worked with SubK and Prime on captures with bid and proposal experiltice and pricing models.
