In this role I assist Financial Advisors to provide world class advice, guidance, and solutions to our clients and help meet their needs.

In this part-time remote role, I manage several client relationships and help them meet and exceed their business goals. As a marketing manager I am responsible for all client needs, including custom social media ads and posts, blog posts, email newsletters, and website design (UI/UX). If something goes wrong or needs attention, I am the first one our clients call. On a day-to-day basis I'm usually taking a deep-dive into Facebook Ads Manager or brewing new creatives in Canva or InDesign.

In this role I - Sell bank products and services in a customer-facing role to both consumer and small business clients, serving as an essential worker during the COVID-19 pandemic- Conduct and track outbound calls to customers and prospects- Manage complex customer relationships with a solutions mindset- Help coordinate a small financial center team (5-10 employees) to maximize financial center revenue and create an outstanding customer experience - Strategize with Market leadership to ensure company and personal goals are met

In this role, I - Maintained and updated our company website on a daily basis, ensuring compliance with all applicable Federal regulations (including privacy and contact consent)- Published and analyzed social media ads through Facebook Business Manager and Hubspot (with an average reach in the hundreds of thousands every month)- Created and sent HTML marketing emails to external customers and internal employees daily using Microsoft Outlook and Hubspot Email Marketing- Collaborated with our sales team to increase pipeline efficiency and automate customer-facing communication through email and web-based SMS sevices, saving the sales team hundreds of hours in manual data entry and client follow-up each month and ensuring consistency across the organization- Audited our Hubspot database and full software stack to promote process efficiency while connecting disparate data points and systems to maximize workflow effectiveness, reducing the number of data libraries from 4 separate tools down to just 1 (Hubspot). - Served as the primary point of contact for all technical, website, and software integration needs within the organization, collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations. - Functioned as a decision-maker in technical-related areas (software usage and acquisition, data connection and management, process efficiency and workflow). If I suggested an idea that could better the organization, it was implemented upon my recommendation. I lived and breathed Hubspot, Unbounce, Facebook Business Manager, Formstack, and Zapier. Especially Zapier - what a wonderful tool!

In this role I worked with 3-5 clients per month, managing their media accounts and helping them with all things related to marketing, web design, SEO, branding, advertising, and storytelling. Anyone can tell a story. My goal for each of my clients was to help them tell their story better.

As a student ambassador for the college I had the opportunity to represent Grove City College to prospective students and their parents. Whether leading walking tours of campus, answering questions during a thousand-member prospective student preview day, or hosting students overnight, I was always available to make a great impression for the college and to be a one-stop-shop resource for anyone wanting to know more about GCC.

I studied in a 4-year Bachelor's Of Science program, majoring in Marketing and minoring in Graphic Design. Through efficient time management and a full course-load I was able to graduate in 3 years instead of the traditional 4.

Newton Institute is a business development and service-leadership training company located in the North Hills of Pittsburgh, PA. My unpaid internship focused on four separate projects: 1. Progressing through one of the existing training modules as a student 2. Conducting extensive deep-dive market research and competitive intelligence (related to a new course on Employee Engagement and Retention that is currently in development)3. Designing a large portfolio of graphic design materials, with a focus on branding, coordinated design, and consistency 4. Writing a series of original blog posts related to Employee Engagement and Retention, for use on the company blog Throughout the course of my internship, I continually refused to settle for the status quo, setting my personal bar higher than my manager required and striving to go above-and-beyond expectations. If a project was due in a week, it was on my manager's desk in 3 business days. If my manager requested 5 samples of a certain project, I made sure he had at least 10. At the end of my internship, my manager gave me a glowing performance review with hardly a negative comment to be seen. I also took this internship for 1 academic credit at Grove City College, which is one of the requirements for the Marketing Management major.

In this internship, I had the opportunity to develop internal Marketing Training eLearning content, contributing to a multi-level Marketing Certification Exam. This eLearning content creation utilized both Microsoft PowerPoint and Articulate Storyline (industry-standard software) to create the modules. Each module included visuals (graphs, charts, bullet points, etc.) and an audio voiceover track recorded by me. I also participated in a (Boston) Campus-Wide "Pitch a Plane" contest, which involved forming a team of interns and full-time employees, building a flying machine using at least three kit parts and one 3D-printed part, and competing in both a distance contest and an aesthetic contest. I also created a slideshow recapping this event. During the summer, DS hosted a summer interns program, complete with guest speakers, webinars, career tips, and free ice cream. I volunteered to create a slideshow of the entire Interns program, which spanned 11 sites in Canada, the USA, Latin America, and South America. I also created some original content for the intra-company "Marketing & We" online community, including a video interview with David Gadarian, then-senior head of Digital Marketing for North America and Mexico. I took this internship for 2 credits at Grove City College, through its Internship Program, which is one of the requirements for the Marketing major.
