- Working within the Resource Management function of the business while completing a 12-month placement as part of my University Degree.- Creating over 2000 staffing requests, driving over £12 million of business.- Managing consultant availability by working with Resource Managers on availability and with Sales on project requirements, as well as forecasting future demand from pipeline projects.- Creating reports such as Sub-Contractor location, vendor, utilisation, and skill level, facilitating efficient resource allocation, and optimising Sub-Contractor selection.- My role provided me with exposure to multiple internal stakeholders across Adobe. I focused on effective communication and building strong relationships to drive the delivery of successful projects.

A summer job at my local pub before coming to University. I predominantly worked as a waiter however also had spells helping behind the bar when required. This was an incredibly useful experience for me, helping me work in an efficient team.
