Successful owner of a tutoring business where as a self employed tutor I help students excel through 500+ hours of one-on-one lessons tutoring mathematics, chemistry, and computing primarily at the VCE level.

Worked closely with the Portfolio of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education) and the Biomedical Science Student Experiences team to manage key aspects of the peer mentoring program ensuring it meets the needs of mentors and mentees.Supported and managed 5 senior mentors and 110 mentors across two semesters and over 200 hrs. Assisting over 600 new first year students in their university transition.Increased engagement by improving training, marketing and by creating and running multiple peer mentoring events including Trivia Nights and Exam/Study Skill workshops.Created and delivered training sessions for mentors and senior mentors

As a part of the Monash University Dodgeball Association 2021/22 committee I organised and ran events for our player base including Games Nights, Trivia Nights and two Charity Tournaments raising funds for the Cancer Council and Beyond Blue which received the 2022 Most Outstanding Sporting Event award from Monash University.

As a mentor for the Monash Minds Leadership Program I mentored a small group of 10 students providing leadership insight and experience aswell as facilitating group activities during our online and in-person masterclasses.

As a peer mentor for my university faculty, I provided valuable insight and experience to a group of 10 first year students developing my mentoring and facilitation abilities.
