Confident leader and mentor who builds top- caliber teams by focusing on staff morale, and excellence.Work Experience• Manage and lead construction projects for oil companies, such as Chevron, and Aera Energy; projects include new oil and gas development, pipeline construction, reclamation and maintenance.• Overall responsibility for the planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of all assigned projects, by way of tools such as production control planning, Earn Value Management, and schedule.• Ability to read and interpret technical information such as scope of work, isometric drawings, standard drawings, routing plans, detail drawings, and P&ID’s. Also, able to preform take-off of both construction units, and material take-offs.• Adheres to, supports and complies with all company safety and environmental policies and practices. Ensures all employees, contractors and visitors conduct themselves safely and within company policies and regulatory guidelines.• Oversees up to 12-20 crew members per project while completing up to 2 projects simultaneously; scope of projects ranges from 2-3 weeks to 4-8 months, with budgets up to $2 million per project in construction costs.• Conducts pre-job meeting with the customer prior to construction in order to allocate a cost estimate to complete the job. Consistently exceeding the customers expectation, completion of all projects within given time and budget constraints.• Trains to improve personal skills and the skills of co-workers related to the job and/or required advancement.• Managing and maintaining equipment in the following processes: Dehydration Plant, Water Filtration, SteamGeneration, Cogeneration and Vapor Recovery.• Utilize the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Project Management Process to reduce job costs.• Accountable at a senior level, for all the results of all crews at construction or maintenance sites. Maintains sitearea, tools, keeping building and grounds in a clean and safe condition (5s).
