I established Cross Country Recruitment in September 2012 after identifying a gap in the immigration and recruitment market to provide employment solutions for the New Zealand Dairy Sector.Employing a team of 12 staff, Cross Country Recruitment quickly grew to offer New Zealand farmers employment solutions for their staffing challenges. Our team’s ability to hire the right candidate for the role meant New Zealand dairy farmers were assured of the right candidate arriving at their gate.As managing director, I was responsible for establishing sound immigration processes and forming ongoing relationships with New Zealand dairy farmer owners requiring staff on their farms. During my time at Cross Country Recruitment, the business grew throughout New Zealand. I sold Cross Country Recruitment in September 2017, with a view to seeking betterment, a new vision, and a desire to further develop in this field.
