• Review and approve initial and annual re certification files, initial verification documents of applicants' housing, income and assets to determine initial eligibility.• Oversee and monitor re certification due, vacancies, and renting vacant apartments in a timely manner while complying with income qualifications and other regulations. • Direct and supervise an office staff of 15 employees, 50 maintenance staff members and 1650 units. • Prepare investor reporting documents as required.• Prepare investor audit files as requested.• Prepare rent collection/arrears reports.• Communicate with the legal department on proceedings. • Supervise day-to-day management office operations.• Ensure office staff provides great customer service to all existing and potential residents when answering inquiries.• Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
