Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Assisting players and coaching staff with accessing all video and data needs.• Managing the setup and operation of the academy technology and make sure data is being collected as accurately as possible. (BATS, Trackman, Rapsodo, Blast Motion, Edgertronic Camera).• Utilization of proprietary software to process both data and video for games, any early work requests and setup HD open cameras to film bullpens or individual work if requested.• Assisting the front office staff with administrative needs. • Traveling with the team on all road trips while being responsible for all technology equipment. Responsible of a whole team's technology and video operation in and outside the academy in order to process camera files of the Dominican Summer League games and publish them accordingly.• Assist the international scouting department with video and technology, including daily travel from one city to another operating BATS, setting cameras on different angles and editing the videos to distribute them accordingly.
