As a Cooking Connections Partner, I reach out directly to the customers of HEB with regards to certain key products we are running special deals on. With the assistance of management and my food safety certification, I help create personable demonstrations that help gauge customer interest and feedback regarding said products while assisting the company in making sales. As of January 2023, this has led to me running our department kitchen on certain occasions and creating a central demonstration for our customers.

As a Cross-functional Partner, I assisted various departments inside of my home HEB store with daily tasks on a strict schedule. Through this department, I needed to be flexible and be able to switch tasks on a second's notice. This could mean assisting our grocery department with stocking shelves, running orders for our curbside department, or returning items back to the shelves for our Central Checkout department.
