Product Owner
Current• SAAS product owner using agile methodology to define, plan, and executethe product roadmap in close cooperation with internal and externalbusiness stakeholders from North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.• Working closely with the product management team, applicationdevelopment leads, and database leads to ensure that all requirements,budgets, and schedules are clearly defined and on track.• Leading a cross-functional team to complete technical and user acceptancetesting, while maintaining effective communication during scoping,execution, and product release.• Monitoring development team activities to ensure the team stays on track,engaging with cross-team leads to eliminate roadblocks.• Managing hypercare and documentation procedures.• Working closely with the development lead to execute product backloggrooming and prioritization.• Managing 3rd party vendors to ensure successful implementation of APIs.• Preparing regular product status reports of key deliverables.• Regularly monitoring product support and development performancemetrics to maintain an accurate Monte Carlo simulation for forecastingproject timelines.• Identifying and developing new opportunities with users and managingcustomer satisfaction with the product.• Conducting post-release evaluation and identifying successful andunsuccessful project elements.
